These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ToolsGuru.in (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

ToolsGuru provides free, browser-based tools to resize, crop, mirror, rotate, compress, convert and pixelate images. All processing happens locally in your browser — we do not receive, store, or view the images you edit.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to process or generate content that is illegal, infringes on someone else's rights, or is intended to harass, defraud, or harm others. You are solely responsible for the images you upload and edit using the Service.

3. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by ToolsGuru. You retain full ownership of any images you process using the tools — we never claim rights over your content, since we never receive it.

4. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolsGuru will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

6. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
